A-ron Orpilla
Actor: Good Boys

A-ron Liwanag-Orpilla (he,him) is so excited to celebrate QAF's 10th Anniversary! He first joined QAF in 2018 as an actor in Bound for Heaven by Drew Stevens, Leave It Empty by Sofia Chanco, and Good Boys by Emmanuel Romero (directed by Alejandro Torres). In 2020, during the pandemic, he helped produce QAF's virtual show, Queerantine Extravaganza, and acted in Tom, Dick, and Alex by Stan Stone. Since then, he's been grateful to step into directing with Paint and Sip by Joce Ampon-Solis (QAF 2023: Our Villain Era), Binaries by Kaz Valtchev (QAF 2025: Escape to Queertopia), and now Ancestors by Enedina Ramos Padilla for QAF's 10th Anniversary.

QAF has always been A-ron's creative home—a safe, sacred, and joy-filled space where he gets to be unapologetically himself. The friendships, laughter, and chosen family he's found here mean the world to him, and he's honored to celebrate this milestone with the community that has shaped so much of his journey.

Emmanuel Romero
Writer: Good Boys (2018)

Beginning with the first production of Queer As Fuck, Emmanuel Romero has consistently contributed his time and effort to telling queer stories: first as a writer, then as a director.

"Being a part of Queer As Fuck throughout the past decade has been a privilege," he said. "I'm grateful we have a space to tell stories that are unapologetically queer. Regardless of what's happening in the outside world, we have our own space to celebrate, heal, mourn, scream, dance, and ultimately feel hole (that's a typo, and it stays)."

Jay Bordon
Actor: Beep Boop 69

Jay is a non-binary Filipinx who grew up in Manila and likes to do a little bit of everything. You might have seen them in “The Love Edition 8,” “Queer as Fuck" '23 and '24, Playground Free-Play Festival "Stare Into the Void," the award-winning indie film "Ang Huling Cha-Cha ni Anita," a queer horror short "Altar," and random tv appearances. When not acting, you'd find them dancing at a queer party or dance class, playing dodgeball (under the name "They-DHD"), or cooking. Jay would like to thank their loving partner Dara, their adorable pets: Kenny, Paris, Cady, and Nax (forever), their Lola Josie, their besties, and their late mother, Janet Bordon, whose footsteps they followed in acting.

They are incredibly grateful to help curate the legacy of such an impactful and whimsical show, and the community it's built over time. ]]]]

Joyce Yin
Actor: Good Boys (2018)

joyce (they/them) is excited to return to the bindlestiff stage with qaf! they send many thanks to joce and raph for all their work to bring this event to life, and to you for coming out to support. when not nerding out about kpop, you can find them occasionally designing (including the graphics for this celebration!) or chasing after their dogs, kobe and toffee.

Jud Ferrer
Director: Adventures of Bisexual Sperm (2023) & Beep Boop 69

Jud Ferrer has been involved with Bindlestiff since the early 2000s, first coming around to watch shows as a student from SF State for extra credit, then by becoming a volunteer: mopping up floors, managing the box office, and running lights for shows. Soon enough, Jud became more involved with the inner workings of putting on Bindlestiff productions, supporting projects like the Movement Show, Stories High, Midnight Mass, and Granny Cart Gangstas.

In 2006, Jud was one of the founding members of the Bakla Show. They assisted in producing the first two iterations of the groundbreaking show that cultivated stories from the Queer Pilipinx diaspora, as well as designed the iconic babayin ba-ka-la logo. Shout out to anyone that caught the first Bakla show and remember my mock debut where I got to yell to Tita Rose, “MOM! I EAT PUKENG-KENG!!” Yay for healing unprocessed trauma through comedy!

In 2016, Jud was inspired to bring the magical way Bindlestiff approaches theater to the masses and created a new project. The goal of Queer as Fuck was to serve as a safe space for Queer and Trans People of Color to share our stories OUR way. What started off as a simple email call out asking if folks wanted to have fun on stage has developed into an ever-growing theater troupe celebrating 10 years of Queer Fuckery.

Jud has worn many hats in the theater world with their written works featured in Stories High ‘19 and most recently in Granny Cart’s PWET show. Though rare, you may have also caught Jud on stage acting in QAF’s Villain Era, with the Grannies, or other Bindlestiff shows. Outside of theater, Jud has dedicated over two decades of their career to serving Bay Area youth. So much of their approach to producing community theater is informed by positive youth development principles and vice versa.

In December of 2024, Jud moved back to their hometown of Carson, CA to be a caretaker and spend time with their mama. Thanks to their amazing partner, Sandra, Jud’s current hyper-fixaction is gardening and most days you can find them talking to plants, trying to identify good vs bad bugs, chasing off squirrels, and going to estate sales/thrift stores to find fun stuff for their garden. Jud -at some point soon- will also finish their full length play and short film. In theory.

Kaz Valtchev
Actor: Good Boys (2018)

Kaz saw the very first QAF in 2016 shortly after coming out as trans and walking in his first Trans March. Since then, he has been inspired to create queer art as much as possible and has seen or participated in almost every QAF production to date. Kaz has been both a writer and actor for several queer theaters across the Bay Area, including Theater Rhinoceros, Left Coast Theater Company, and the Pear Theatre. He was a part of the Monday Night Playground Writer's Pool for three years and produced his first full-length play, Stare into the Void and You'll See Stars for Playground's 2024 Free Play Festival. Due to its success, Stare into the Void was chosen to be a part of the Best of Free Play Festival. He has also had a monologue published in WE-US: Monologues for Gender Minority Characters with Smith & Kraus Publishing. He can't believe it's been 10 years of Queer as Fuck and he's excited for another 10 more!

Nick Wong
Actor: Adventures of Bisexual Sperm (2023)

Nick began his acting journey with Bindlestiff Studio's Queer as Fuck 2023: Our Villain Era as Andy, the love-struck sperm. Since then, Bindlestiff and Queer as Fuck have given him the opportunity to portray a wide range of characters, from a horny circuit queen and a neglected partner to a transphobic café patron and a supportive dad. Nick credits much of his growth as an actor to the stories and the incredible community of writers, artists, and collaborators who make up the Bindlestiff and Queer as Fuck family. He is thrilled to return for the 10-year anniversary celebration and revisit the role that started it all.

Raphael Buenventura
Producer, Director: Good Boys (2018) and Cursebreaker

Raphael Louis Buenaventura is a Bay Area theatre artist, producer, director, stage manager, production manager, and event coordinator. A longtime member of the Queer as Fuck (QAF) family, he is honored to serve as co-producer of QAF’s 10th Anniversary Celebratory Benefit, celebrating a decade of bold, unapologetically queer storytelling and the incredible artists who have shaped the collective’s legacy. Raphael is passionate about creating meaningful theatrical experiences that foster community, amplify underrepresented voices, and bring people together through live performance. He extends his deepest gratitude to every artist, volunteer, audience member, and supporter who has helped shape Queer as Fuck over the past decade, and hopes you’ll join us as we celebrate ten years of fearless storytelling, and help us build the next ten!

Raye
Actor: Cursebreaker

Raye (pronouns: Raye or they) is so excited for Queer As Fuck's 10-year anniversary!! Raye's first QAF was in 2023 as an audience member, having a theatre experience unlike any other. A jaw-dropping, mind-blowing, life-affirming experience. Being a part of the cast for QAF in 2025 was truly a dream fulfilled, yet again a theatre experience unlike any other. We hope you feel every ounce of passion, dedication, ancestral wisdom, grit, pride, audacity, and love that went into Cursebreaker. Thank you QAF - looking forward to celebrating 10 years and many more decades to come!

This spring, they directed “Balbino & Celestina” for Indios Bravos at Bindlestiff.

Sandra is a returning producer for this year’s Queer as Fuck, which will feature two sketches they co-wrote: “Queer Heist” and “The Adventures of Bisexual Sperm: Orgy Edition.” 2025’s QAF: Resistance & Rebellion also featured their co-direction in “Through the Garden” by Dom Refuerzo, and their most recent short play “Cursebreaker.” Previously, they also directed “Mix N Match," and appeared onstage in “Oil on Canvas,” “Paint & Sip,” “Beep Boop 69,” “Queerine,” and others.
